A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. The balance is due 10 days before the party date. If a party is booked within 10 days of the party date, the entire amount is due and payable at time of reservation.

Maximum number of guests = 16 children, 5 adults.
Every 4 extra children must have one additional adult (no charge). Please be sure you have enough adults attending so that all of the party guests are supervised at all times.

You may bring your own food to any party package, but we ask that you bring cake, cupcakes, or pizza only, and you must bring your own paper goods, including paper plates, napkins, forks, etc. Beverages must be purchased with your party package - we will not allow outside drinks to enter the museum, but you may bring your own drinks if you purchase Phineas' Park Party.

There will be a $50 refundable cleaning deposit due at the time reservations are made if you are bringing your own food. Customer is responsible for cleanup in the snack bar and outside area. Deposit is forfeited if condition of area is messy. A Pennypickles employee will reasonably determine the area's condition and return the deposit after the party if satisfied. No cleaning deposit is required if food is purchased with party package.

Customer will sign a liability waiver at time of registration. Party guests will take full responsibility for their own liability. Adult chaperones must supervise children at all times. Party guests must not leave the building without an approved adult.

If for some unforeseen reason your party needs to be cancelled, please notify Pennypickles at 951-308-6376 as soon as possible. Only your party package price, less the $100 non-refundable deposit, will be returned as a refund. Refunds will be issued by check from the Friends of the Temecula Children's Museum office and will not be available from the gift shop register. Please consider your forfeited deposit as a donation to the Friends' non-profit 501c3 organization. We hope you will be considerate and understanding of these policies.

Parking
There is a free parking lot behind Pennypickle's Workshop that spans the museum and the Community Theater, and it can be entered either from Main Street or Front Street. At times, Main Street may be closed for special events. Please call before your party if you have questions about parking. Handicapped parking is available.
